Slow Flow is a like a moving meditation on your mat. In this slower-paced style, you’ll blend breath with deliberate movement, focus on your foundation and alignment, and hold poses for several breaths. Structured similarly to a Power Vinyasa class, but you’ll have more time to stretch and explore postures. Perfect for first-time yogis!
Please bring your own yoga mat + water.
A stem bar will be available once the session is finished, for those who wish to take a small bunch of flowers home with them.

Yoga Session led by Chelsea Yeoman (Nirvana Yoga House)
Stem Bar available for purchase, as well as any of our grab + go floral arrangements and/or hard goods
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to issue a refund if a cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop date. Cancellations made within less than 7 days allows your ticket to be applied to a different workshop date, or transferred to another participant that would be able to attend. We are unable to offer credits or refunds for no shows of any reason.
