Please bring a water bottle and your own yoga or Pilates mat if you are able, as Mari has a limited amount available. If you are unable to bring your own, please let us know upon registration so we can arrange one for you! You may also bring wearable or small hand weights along, but they are not required.

We are able to offer a full refund for any workshop cancellation request 7 days prior to the workshop date. We are unable to refund any notice given less than 7 days in advance, but can apply your registration to any available workshop of equal value.
Any cancellation requests within 24 hours of the workshop date are unable to be refunded or credited, and we are unable to refund or credit for no-shows for any reason.
